SOLUTION

A clinician portal and complimentary patient portal application will work in sync together to modernize treatments. The patient portal will guide women suffering from pelvic floor disorders through a patient journey providing a path to better care. Critical patient information gathered from the patients will inform clinicians, collecting data and providing data visualizations of the key information needed to simplify the diagnosis and treatment of a complex condition.
