Clarity for Citizens

The County of Lennox & Addington, serving over 42,000 residents across four townships in Southeastern Ontario, required a modernized website to better reflect its wide range of departments and services. With such a large geographic area and diverse audience, the digital transformation needed to balance clarity, accessibility, and functionality across the entire organization.

Solution

Through a three-day Discovery engagement, we facilitated collaborative Design Thinking sessions with county staff to uncover internal pain points, external user needs, and priorities for improvement through the website redesign. With both current and future goals clearly mapped, we transformed a complex municipal structure into a simplified and intuitive user experience, empowering staff and delivering an impressive digital media design.
