Clarity for Citizens
The County of Lennox & Addington, serving over 42,000 residents across four townships in Southeastern Ontario, required a modernized website to better reflect its wide range of departments and services. Solution
Through a three-day Discovery engagement, we facilitated collaborative Design Thinking sessions with county staff to uncover internal pain points, external user needs, and priorities for improvement through the website redesign. With both current and future goals clearly mapped, we transformed a complex municipal structure into a simplified and intuitive user experience, empowering staff and delivering an impressive digital media design.
Success
The redesign of the municipality website allows for members of the community to more easily interact with the County online. Residents can now access services, forms, and information from any device, anywhere—improving convenience and enhancing digital engagement across all departments.
